Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Networks Engineer to design, implement, and optimize wired, wireless, and VPN networks across a global footprint. You will own end-to-end network outcomes and drive automation-first operations.

You will collaborate with global teams to standardize architecture, lead escalations, and apply best practices. The role requires strong TCP/IP, routing, automation (Python), Unix, and hands-on experience with enterprise hardware.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP technologies.
Familiarity with dynamic routing protocols.
Experience in automation using Python or similar languages.
Proficiency in Unix system administration.
Hands-on experience with enterprise network hardware (Cisco/Arista/Juniper).

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise wired and wireless networks.
Own and maintain network connectivity between branch offices globally.
Manage remote access systems (VPN) including capacity planning and resiliency.
Deploy, maintain, and improve automation and monitoring tools.
Define best practices and drive automation-first operations.
Diagnose and resolve complex network issues across regions and providers.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
Test and introduce new equipment and emerging technologies.
Contribute findings to global R&D streams.
Collaborate with telecom service providers globally.
Lead escalations, manage SLAs, and drive service improvements.
