Job summary

LSEG in Singapore seeks an experienced Enterprise Data Scientist to drive data-driven customer solutions across APAC. You will lead end-to-end AI/ML projects, from POCs to production-grade agentic systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, responsible AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data science or a related field with a focus on AI, ML, and NLP.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science / Engineering / Data Science; PhD a plus.
• Expertise in NLP and Generative AI with current LLM landscape knowledge.
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with RAG, embedding models, and retrieval evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL and big data tools; cloud experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex customer engagements across APAC in AI/ML/NLP.
• Co-create data-driven solutions addressing customer needs from ideation to documentation.
• Lead technical design and implementation of AI/ML solutions integrating with client infra.
• Develop and present strategies for scaling AI solutions using cloud platforms.
• Oversee POCs and ensure integration with customer workflows and systems.
• Mentor junior team members across Singapore and APAC.
