Job summary

H2O.ai is seeking a Senior AI Engineer in Singapore to design and ship end-to-end AI solutions for APAC enterprises. You will work on agentic AI systems, LLM applications, and production ML pipelines alongside Kaggle Grandmasters and domain experts.

The role is embedded in a customer-facing field team, with real-world impact from day one. You will collaborate across teams to deliver AI that goes beyond demos into production, workflows, and measurable business outcomes, while ensuring secure,

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on engineering experience with AI systems.
• Experience building LLM-powered apps: RAG, agentic workflows, fine-tuned models.
• Experience deploying models/services in cloud/enterprise environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, on‑prem).
• Experience in fully air-gapped environments: offline delivery, private registries.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI systems and multi-agent frameworks for enterprise customers.
• Develop LLM-powered applications using RAG, prompt engineering, and tool use.
• Deploy models and services in customer environments including cloud and on-prem.
• Own end-to-end development lifecycle from problem framing to production deployment.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs exposing AI capabilities to enterprise apps.
• Provide customer-facing engagement, pre-sales support, and workshops.
