Job summary

Precious Specialist Centre Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Registered Nurse to support a busy primary care team with health screenings, early detection, and patient-friendly care.

You will perform vital signs, phlebotomy, ECGs, assist physicians, manage records, and help with appointments and claims in a fast-paced setting. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred to liaise with diverse patients.

Qualifications

• RN with valid practicing license (Singapore Nursing Board)
• Experience in a clinic, healthcare, or customer service is an advantage
• Able to work flexible hours when required
• Passion for preventive healthcare and patient care
• Bilingual in English and Chinese for Mandarin-speaking clientele

Responsibilities

• Perform health screenings, vital signs monitoring, blood taking, ECGs, and assist doctors during consultations.
• Provide patient education on preventive health, wellness, and chronic disease management.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, managers, colleagues, and the clinic team.
• Manage patient flow and maintain accurate, secure patient records; handle basic clinical software.
• Assist in appointment booking, patient registration, and payment collection.
• Support insurance, Medisave, and other claims filing processes.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, or destruction of documents per PDPA requirements.
• Deliver warm, professional service and contribute to a positive patient journey.

• Proficient in the use of technology and computer systems.
• Basic knowledge in clinical software.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse with a valid practicing license (Singapore Nursing Board).
• Prior experience in a clinic (General Practitioner / Health Screening), healthcare, or customer service role is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours if required.
