Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy and support enterprise IT infrastructure and Integrated Security Systems (ISS) including ACS and VMS. You will work with the Technical Manager and Project Manager to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities include installation, configuration, testing, T&C, and UAT; preparing technical docs; and maintaining platforms such as Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu), AD, SQL Server

Qualifications

• Proven experience in deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of IT infrastructure and Integrated Security Systems.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, networking, firewall, and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, virtualization, and high-availability solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, while also contributing effectively to a team.

• Collaborate with Technical Manager, Project Manager, and Engineer to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare technical documentation including detailed design document, deployment plan, migration plan, user manual, and customer workshop presentation.
• Design, implement, integrate, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure and Integrated Security System (ISS), including Access Control System (ACS) and Video Management System (VMS).
• Perform system installation, configuration, testing, commissioning (T&C), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Deploy, administer, and support enterprise platform and technologies listed in the job requirements.
• Conduct system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis across server, network, database, and security platform, while providing technical support throughout project implementation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in the deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of IT infrastructure and Integrated Security Systems.
• Strong technical expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, networking technology, firewall, and endpoint security solution.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, vulnerability assessments, virtualization technologies, and high-availability solutions will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skill.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
