Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore invites applications for the role of Senior/Assistant Engineer (Certificate of Statutory Completion Team) in the Road & Traffic Asset Renewal division. You will join a dynamic engineering team responsible for the formal handover of completed road infrastructure from private developers and developing agencies to the Authority.

You will evaluate as-built plans, administer regulatory regimes, engage with developers and consultants, and work on process

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Understanding of road design standards, construction methodologies, and quality control.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Meticulous writing, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated with growth mindset.
• Regulatory experience will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Technical Evaluation & Regulatory Clearance – admin the regulatory regime on completed street works; review as-built plans and vesting; manage defrayment costs; issue CSC clearance letters.
• Industry Engagement – partner with developers, consultants, and contractors to ensure regulatory compliance; document issues and track resolutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement – manage public feedback and enquiries related to completed street works within maintenance period.
• Technology Adoption & Process Optimization – collaborate on adopting technologies to streamline workflows and continuous improvements.
• Process and Policy Review – contribute to refining processes and policies to remain practical and forward-looking.
