Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is seeking a Senior/Assistant/Engineer to join the Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC) team within Road & Traffic Asset Renewal. You will review as-built plans, oversee land subdivision processes, and manage regulatory clearance for street works handed to the Authority.

The role requires knowledge of civil engineering, road standards, and project coordination. Public sector hiring, on-site work in Singapore, and potential for growth with process

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Understanding of road design standards, construction methodologies, and quality control processes.
• Strong writing, analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Regulatory experience will be advantageous; candidates without working experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Technical review of as-built plans and processing land subdivision and state vesting.
• Administer the regulatory regime on completed street works handed over to the Authority.
• Issue CSC clearance letters and manage defrayment costs.
• Engage with developers, consultants and contractors to align regulatory procedures.
• Document non-compliance issues and track corrective actions.
