You will be part of the team that processes and approves the structural plans and calculations of the buildings submitted by Professional Engineers and Accredited Checkers. You are required to perform audit checks on selected structures, conduct construction site checks and take proactive actions to prevent damages to adjacent properties. You are also expected to investigate into complaints on buildings that are dangerous and assess their structural integrity and safety. You will also be involved in the review of policies and regulations related to the safety of the Built Environment.
