Job summary

People Profilers PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead process development, optimization, and NPI, driving quality and cost improvements across production lines.

You will manage a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians, collaborate with product design, procurement, and operations, and ensure compliance with ISO and Six Sigma standards. The role offers a competitive package and opportunities to drive innovations across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and quality management.
• Proficiency in CAD software, statistical analysis tools, and project management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive alignment between engineering and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production costs, material usage, and labor expenses.
• Prepare budgets, track spending, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
