Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with GIS and data visualization tools (ArcGIS/QGIS, Tableau/PowerBI).
• Good writing, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into dashboards, insights and actionable strategies for road assets and traffic.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand analytics needs and operations concept of operations.
• Manage innovation and data‑driven projects including research and product development.
• Collaborate with internal divisions, academia and industry partners to explore smart technologies for traffic operations.
