Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Engineer to drive yield improvement in mass production. You will analyze data logs, identify root causes, and collaborate with modules, integration, and QA teams to resolve technical issues.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, proficiency with JMP/Minitab/Power BI, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines and supporting customer requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering with semiconductor process or device knowledge.
• Understanding and experience in Wafer process, analyze root cause and failure analysis.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Possess strong analytical skills, experience in JMP/ Minitab/ PowerBI.
• Self-starter, adaptable and able to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
• Ability to thrive and meet timelines in a fast-paced and dynamic result-driven environment.
