Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Civil/Structural Engineering and related tech
• Strong interest in technology and data analysis
• Independent, self-motivated with good project management
• Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with GIS, BIM, productivity tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance contracts for commuter facilities and ensure safety on-site
• Lead tender specification preparation and inspections/quality audits on works
• Review construction drawings and advise developers/agencies on submissions
