Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a Senior/Executive Engineer, Active Mobility, to lead design and implementation of walking and cycling schemes. You will work with government agencies and stakeholders to improve the mobility environment for all users and provide professional guidance on related projects.

The role requires Civil/Traffic Engineering expertise, initiative and strong communication, with a focus on delivering safe, efficient active mobility networks in a dynamic government

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Civil Engineering and Traffic/Transportation Engineering.
• Experience in traffic-related or operational fields and highway design.
• Initiative, good communication and leadership with lateral thinking.
• Knowledge of Microstation, AutoCAD and ArcGIS Pro is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to network planning and engineering design of walking and cycling schemes.
• Implement and review active mobility projects with stakeholders.
• Advise developers and government agencies on related studies.
• Collaborate with government agencies and communities to improve mobility.
