Job summary

AIRCOND. NETWORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Engineer to drive the deployment of Siemens Senseye Predictive Maintenance at GlobalFoundries. You will engage with GlobalFoundries teams to implement, onboard equipment, and monitor progress under E2Optima's guidance.

You will liaise with Siemens for system enhancements, evaluate performance, and contribute to continuous improvement of the Senseye PdM library and fault indicators. Daily reports are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with predictive maintenance systems preferred.
• Familiarity with facility management systems and equipment.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and report progress.

• Familiarise with GlobalFoundries facility operations and systems.
• Support implementation and deployment of Siemens Senseye PdM at GlobalFoundries.
• Report to E2Optima and follow technical guidance.
• Onboard equipment into Senseye and coordinate with GlobalFoundries stakeholders on issues.
• Liaise with Siemens on system requirements and enhancements.
• Review performance and identify improvements.
• Contribute to fault library development for Senseye PdM.
• Deliver daily progress/status reports.

Job description

• The Engineer shall familiarise herself with the GlobalFoundries Facility Management systems, equipment, and facility operations relevant to the assignment.
• The Engineer's primary responsibility will be to support the implementation and ongoing deployment of the Siemens Senseye Predictive Maintenance (PdM) System at Global Foundries.
• The Engineer shall report to E2Optima and carry out the implementation activities in accordance with E2Optima's technical guidance and instructions.
• The Engineer shall support the onboarding of equipment and assets into Senseye and coordinate with the relevant GlobalFoundries stakeholders on identified issues, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.
• The Engineer shall liaise with Siemens regarding system requirements, technical issues, and potential enhancements to the Senseye platform.
• The Engineer shall review the system performance and implementation progress and identify and document potential improvements.
• The Engineer shall support the development and continuous improvement of the equipment fault library, including relevant failure modes, fault indicators, and associated parameters/derivatives for the Senseye PdM system.
• The Engineer shall carry out other related engineering and implementation activities as instructed by E2Optima and provide daily progress/status reports.
