Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified engineer to support the Siemens Sens eye Predictive Maintenance (PdM) system deployment in Singapore.

The role involves onboarding equipment, familiarising with facility management systems, and coordinating with Siemens on requirements and enhancements. The candidate should have an engineering background, experience in facility management or semiconductor environments, and knowledge of data-driven maintenance solutions.

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in facility management, equipment engineering, predictive maintenance, or semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of equipment monitoring or data-driven maintenance solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing deployment of the Siemens Sens eye Predictive Maintenance (PdM) System, including onboarding equipment and assets into the platform.
• Familiarize with facility management systems, equipment, and operations relevant to the assigned scope.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and Siemens on system requirements, technical issues, corrective actions, follow-ups, and potential system enhancements.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of the equipment fault library, including failure modes, fault indicators, and relevant parameters/derivatives.
• Monitor system performance and implementation progress, identify improvement opportunities, carry out related engineering activities, and provide daily progress reports.
