Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Specialist Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8–12 years' experience in maintenance, EMS, or site operations in oil & gas / petrochemical environments.
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary site teams and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee EMS works execution at site to align with scope and method statements.
- Monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, and subcontractor performance for efficiency.
- Manage HSSE compliance by approving permits and enforcing site safety rules.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Control EMS cost performance via BOQs, POs and budget utilization.
- Ensure timely updates of work progress, invoicing, and claims submissions.
