Job summary

Fuku in Singapore seeks an experienced software engineer to design and develop payment terminal applications across multiple Android-based terminal models. You will integrate with host systems via ISO8583 and Web APIs, while ensuring secure, well-tested code and documentation.

You will participate in EMV L3 certification with major schemes and contribute to test tools and automation. Collaboration with QA, POS teams, Support, and Certification is essential for SDLC success and NETS integrations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related technology disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of payment terminal software development on embedded POS devices.
• EMV contact and contactless expertise; ISO8583 is mandatory.
• Linux experience for Key Management System integration with HSM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engineering solutions for payment terminal apps across Android models and host integrations.
• Translate requirements into secure, tested, and documented code.
• Participate in EMV L3 certification with Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, UnionPay, JCB and Discover.
• Develop test tools and adopt test automation within the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with QA, POS devs, Support and Certification for SDLC activities and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate external collaboration for application integration with NETS partners.
