Job summary

3 CUBED BUSINESS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer to contribute to the development and maintenance of PLC-based systems.

You will design and implement new features, resolve software issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables within a global, cross-functional team. The role requires 5–6 years of embedded software experience, strong C/C++ skills, and RTOS expertise (VxWorks/Zephyr/embOS/Linux RT). Experience with Ethernet/IP and OPC UA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics/Computer Science Engineering.
• 5–6 years of hands-on embedded software development experience.
• Proficiency in C and/or C++ programming.
• Experience with RTOS (VxWorks, Zephyr, embOS, Linux RT) is required.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, OPC UA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in industrial automation product development is advantageous.
