Job summary

EFUNITY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Embedded/Senior Embedded Engineer (Linux) to deliver custom Embedded solutions. You will lead design, implement, and maintain Linux systems, and collaborate with clients on project delivery.

The role requires hands-on work across ARM/RISC-V/x86, bootloader/kernel, and RESTful APIs, with strong C/C++, Python, and Bash skills. Experience with Yocto/OpenEmbedded and build systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on embedded Linux experience.
• Degree in CS, engineering or related field required.
• Excellent communication of technical information to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Senior-level candidates will be considered for higher responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of Linux systems and applications.
• Liaise with clients to deliver customized Embedded solutions.
• Participate in project planning and management.
• Perform testing, defect tracking, bug fixing, and version control.
• Develop automated tests to ensure business needs and regression testing.
• Create quality proof-of-concept mock-ups and technical documents.
