Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of ELV design/installation experience in semiconductor or high-tech construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems and ability to manage large-scale electrical construction programs.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop ELV systems (LSS, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, PA, BMS).
• Prepare detailed ELV layouts, cabling schedules, and interface drawings for integration.
• Coordinate ELV designs with electrical and mechanical building services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee installation, review submittals, and conduct site inspections.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and handover activities to the client or operations team.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, BICSI, TIA/EIA and safety standards.
