Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and specification of ELV systems (LSS, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, PA, cabling, BMS).
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and other building services.
• Lead site supervision during installation and testing, ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and material selections.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover to operations.
