Job summary

EXPRESS 21 PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead Electrical and Network Telecommunication projects from initiation to closure.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor/Master in Electrical Engineering or related field, and PMP certification is a plus. You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Electrical & Network Telecommunication Project Management experience.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record leading build projects from initiation to closure.
• PMP certification from PMI or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and provide directions in project planning and coordinate works.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure progress per schedule.
• Coordinate with drafting for shop and as-built drawings submission/approval.
• Liaise with client representatives on site matters and attend site meetings.
• Update project status and prepare monthly progress claims.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
