Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore seeks an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to oversee daily field activities, review work packs, permits, method statements, and risk assessments. You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, coordinate subcontractors, participate in inspections, and support testing, commissioning, and handover.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in engineering or building services with electrical basics.
• 5–10 years of construction supervision or site coordination experience.
• Experience in industrial projects; biopharma, life sciences, data centres or semiconductor facilities is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs and inspection requirements.
• Knowledge of electrical installation practices, cable routing, terminations and panels.
• Familiarity with safety permits and quality control procedures.

• Monitor progress, attend inspections and site meetings, and support progress reporting.
• Identify and resolve construction, routing, interface, and testing issues.
• Support testing and commissioning activities, including pre-functional checks, continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, and energisation readiness.
• Manage punch lists, turnover documentation, and final handover activities.

Requirements

• ITE / NTC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of construction supervision or site coordination experience.
• Experience in industrial projects; exposure to biopharma, life sciences, data centres, or semiconductor facilities is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.
• Knowledge of electrical systems including switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, generators, and distribution panels.
• Understanding of electrical installation practices, cable routing, terminations, support systems, and workmanship standards.
• Familiarity with safety requirements, permit systems, and quality control procedures.
