Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Engineer to lead electrical construction projects in Singapore. You will oversee plans, schedules, budgets and progress, coordinating with contractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams to deliver safe, compliant installations on time.

You will review drawings, manage risks, run meetings and provide leadership, ensuring adherence to electrical standards and HDB requirements across residential projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6–10 years' experience as Project Manager/Engineer in electrical construction.
• At least 1 completed HDB BTO project is required.
• Experience in HDB, residential or building electrical projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing project plans, schedules, budgets and overall project progress
• Coordinating with main contractors, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams
• Supervising electrical installation works to ensure quality, safety and timely completion
• Monitoring manpower, materials and project resources
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and resolving site technical issues
• Identifying and managing project risks, delays and site constraints
• Attending project meetings and providing regular progress updates
• Coordinating testing, commissioning, inspection and project handover
• Ensuring all works comply with HDB requirements, relevant electrical standards and safety regulations
• Providing technical guidance and leadership to the project team
