Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in industrial automation, semiconductor equipment, or precision machinery.
• Strong knowledge in motion control modelling and algorithms for ultra-high speed and high accuracy applications.
• Solid experience in control system analysis and design, including servo motor and motion control systems.
• Background in digital electronics and power electronics design, including power supplies and motor drivers.
• Familiar with MATLAB, MathCAD or equivalent; knowledge of dynamic frequency response analysis (Bode/Nyquist) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage Motion Control, Electrical Hardware, and Electrical Design teams with people and technical leadership.
• Define overall technical direction for motion control systems and electrical hardware architecture.
• Guide modelling, control algorithms, and system analysis for high-speed, high-precision applications.
• Oversee electrical schematic design, power electronics, motor drivers, and control boards.
• Support new product development from concept, design, prototype, Alpha/Beta testing through release.
• Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, cost, and schedule targets.
• Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Review and approve key designs and resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
