Job summary

Worq AI is seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage Facilities Management, Engineering and Operations projects from planning through completion. You will drive R&R initiatives, supervise preventive maintenance by external partners and develop plans to improve reliability of systems.

The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, support for audits and accreditation, and a degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of project management

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in contract management and procurement management.
• Experience in high-technology manufacturing or healthcare environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Facilities Management, Engineering and Operations projects from planning to completion.
• Manage Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects.
• Supervise preventive maintenance by outsourced service partners.
• Implement programs for operations, maintenance and improvement of facilities, equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop work plans to improve reliability and integrity of systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support audits, inspections and accreditation.
