Qualifications

• 8+ years in electrical/electronics product development or sustaining engineering.
• Strong analogue/power/digital fundamentals with schematics interpretation.
• Experience qualifying electronic components and systems for electronics design and manufacturing.
• Hands‑on skills with environmental testing and lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own in-production engineering for SMPS products, driving reliability, quality, cost, and manufacturability improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis, component lifecycle management, compliance upkeep, and production support across global sites.
• Develop test plans, perform hand‑on tests, and design test systems with software/hardware for automation.
• Conduct FMEA to identify high‑risk designs and implement mitigation.
• Drive value engineering, qualify alternate components and suppliers, and maintain documentation.
