Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 8 years of experience in electronics product development or sustaining engineering.
• Strong knowledge of analogue, digital and power electronics.
• Hands-on experience in electrical testing and product verification.
• FMEA, 8D, DOE and statistical analysis knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and improvement of electronic power products throughout production.
• Conduct electrical testing, troubleshooting and failure analysis to improve reliability.
• Develop test plans, perform verification, and prepare technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support production.
• Drive product improvements, cost optimisation, and component qualification.
• Develop and improve automated testing systems using hardware and software.
• Conduct risk assessments and reliability evaluations to identify issues.
• Investigate failures, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support product compliance and lifecycle management.
