Job summary

WSP Asia in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate with broad expertise in electrical engineering to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and guide cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions, while ensuring client satisfaction throughout all project phases.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of local codes and authority submissions.

Qualifications

• Recognised Degree in Electrical Engineering with PEB Singapore
• Registered Professional Engineer (Electrical) Singapore (preferrable)

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design for complex transport infrastructure and/or building project
• Provide leadership to guide and train a team of engineers and improve technical knowledge
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions
• Liaise with clients and ensure client’s satisfaction is maintained
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Manage projects to ensure quality, on-time delivery and within budget
• Assume the role of PIC/PM and sign off as the registered QP/PE
• Source and secure new business opportunities/projects
