Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd's client in Singapore's East region seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical design of medical device hardware and subsystems. You will guide the development of circuits, schematics and PCBs for high-performance products.

You will translate product requirements into electrical specifications, collaborate with firmware/software teams for seamless integration, and contribute to prototyping, testing and verification activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in electrical/electronics design or embedded systems.
Experience with circuit design, PCB design, and ECAD tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the electrical design and development of systems, subsystems and components for medical device products.
Translate product requirements into electrical specifications, system architecture and design solutions.
Develop circuit schematics, PCB designs and engineering documentation using relevant ECAD tools.
Design and evaluate analog, digital, mixed-signal and power circuits for product applications.
Develop embedded control, motor control, sensor and power management solutions.
Work with firmware and software teams to ensure effective hardware and software integration.
Support the development of communication interfaces and data acquisition functions.
Plan and carry out prototyping, electrical testing, design verification and troubleshooting.
