Job summary

AAC Technologies Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of electrical systems. You will manage end-to-end processes, from concept to commissioning, and collaborate with mechanical and software teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant solutions.

The role requires a strong background in electrical design tools, BOM preparation, and hands-on experience with testing and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in electrical system design, development, integration, or equipment engineering.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end electrical system design and build-up processes.
• Solid knowledge of electrical circuits, power distribution, control systems, wiring, and hardware integration.
• Hands-on experience in electrical system assembly, installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with BOM preparation and component selection.
• Ability to independently manage development and resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and solutions based on project requirements.
• Manage the complete electrical system build-up process from architecture to commissioning.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of the entire electrical system build-up process, from initial design and component selection to assembly, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and solutions based on project requirements.
• Manage the complete electrical system build-up process, including system architecture, component selection, assembly, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning.
• Prepare and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, circuit designs, and technical specifications.
• Select and evaluate electrical components, power supplies, control systems, sensors, and other related equipment.
• Oversee electrical system assembly, wiring, installation, and hardware integration to ensure proper functionality.
• Conduct electrical testing, troubleshooting, system validation, and performance optimization.
• Identify and resolve electrical faults, design issues, and system integration challenges.

• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or equivalent engineering tools.
• Experience in electrical component selection, technical specifications, and BOM preparation.
• Ability to independently manage electrical system development and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and industry best practices is preferred.
• Experience with industrial automation, electrical control systems, or equipment development is an advantage.
