Nexbridge Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior electrical design engineer to lead a multidisciplinary team across project stages in Singapore.

You will develop, review and approve SLDs, layouts, schematics and design documentation, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery. The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with at least 7 years of relevant experience, including consultancy exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and design.
• At least 5 years in engineering consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of HT/LT power distribution, standby generators, UPS, ELV systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM.
• Experience with ETAP or Amtech.
• Industrial, commercial, infrastructure or data centre project exposure preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the electrical design team across project stages.
• Develop and approve SLDs, layouts, schematics, specifications and design documentation.
• Review consultant designs for value engineering and constructability.
• Ensure electrical systems integrate with M&E services.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with SS 638/SS 650/SS 555 and BCA Green Mark.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities (EMA, SP PowerGrid, FSSD).
• Lead BIM/Revit coordination and resolve design clashes before site mobilisation.
• Review submissions and provide engineering recommendations.
• Evaluate electrical vendors during tender/procurement.
• Review shop drawings and technical docs.
• Collaborate with project/site teams to resolve construction issues.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, translate design to site.
