Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior EHS & Risk Leader to drive enterprise risk management, safety, and sustainability across a wafer fab.

You will oversee ISO system implementation, incident response, and regulatory compliance while leading a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or science, 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, and relevant safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Science with relevant safety focus.
• 10+ years in semiconductor or chemically intensive manufacturing with regulatory compliance.
• Industrial safety, environmental, and fire protection certificates are required.
• MOM WSHO/SFSM/SCEM/GHG Manager licenses are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERM implementation across first and second lines of defense.
• Lead WSH systems rollout and enforce ISO 45001 compliance.
• Manage fire safety programs, emergency planning, and drills.
• Direct sustainability and carbon management programs and reporting.
• Run 24/7 Emergency Response Centre operations and ERC activities.
• Establish governance, assurance, audits, and regulatory engagements.
• Lead ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO14064, ISO50001 programs and certification.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering and facilities on risk controls.
