Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an EHS Manager to lead safety governance across multiple sites in Singapore. A degree/diploma in Workplace Safety & Health or related field, plus 8 years of safety management experience, are required.

WSHO registration is preferred. The role focuses on developing and enforcing EHS policies and regulatory compliance. Based at Kallang Avenue, the successful candidate will conduct inspections, audits, trainings, incident investigations, and risk control

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Workplace Safety & Health or related discipline.
• WSHO registration preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant safety management experience, preferably in construction/engineering/industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.
• Ability to manage multiple project sites located at various remote locations.
• Experience with ISO Integrated Management System.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Organise safety trainings, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on safety matters.
• Monitor safety performance, prepare reports, and maintain safety documentation.
• Advise project teams and management on risk control measures and safe work practices.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all worksites
