Job summary

ALLEGIS GROUP SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED seeks an experienced Senior EHS Engineer to lead environmental, health and safety initiatives in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. You will drive compliance, process safety programmes and continuous improvement while ensuring a safe workplace and operational excellence.

The role covers regulatory inspections, risk assessments, training and the development of EHS policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, environmental, or safety related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience managing EHS programmes in manufacturing/pharma/chemical environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; experience with PSM/HAZOP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations and site procedures.
• Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures and programmes.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis with CAPA actions.
• Conduct risk assessments and support process safety management activities.
• Deliver EHS training and promote a proactive safety culture.
