Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Engineer to lead regulatory compliance across a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will drive EHS initiatives, process safety management, incident investigations and continuous improvement projects to ensure a safe workplace and operational excellence.

The role requires 6+ years in managing EHS programmes within regulated industries, strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA, ISO 14001/45001 and PSM, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, occupational safety & health, industrial safety or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS self-assessments, inspections and risk assessments site-wide.
• Drive incident investigations and develop corrective action plans.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and maintain compliance documentation.
