Job summary

people profilers pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced EHS leader in Singapore to lead the company’s environmental, health and safety management systems and drive compliance across ISO standards.

You will develop and monitor control processes for hazardous materials and manage regulatory submissions with MOM alignment. The role requires a registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer, Fire Safety Manager certification, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of local regulations.
• Must be a registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM and a certified Fire Safety Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the company’s EHS management systems (ISO 45001, 14001, 50001).
• Develop, implement, and monitor control processes for hazardous materials for safe handling, storage, and compliance.
• Manage EHS permits, applications, renewals, and regulatory submissions per local requirements.
• Recommend annual EHS objectives, improvement plans, and cost-saving initiatives to plant management.
• Track and report EHS performance, highlight risks and improvement actions to stakeholders.
• Coordinate EHS programs across safety, environmental, health, industrial hygiene, and ergonomics.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable government requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to resolve EHS matters and drive continuous improvement.
