Job summary

EXYTE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an EHS support professional to advise Project Management on EHS implementations aligned with company values and to assist in deploying the project EHS management system.

The role focuses on ensuring compliance with the EHS policy and applicable legislation while supporting the EHS officer. The ideal candidate will conduct toolbox talks, assess risks, investigate incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement through reporting and committee participation.

Qualifications

• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Health & Safety is required or preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and within a team.
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
• Good networking with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor toolbox meetings and risk assessments to ensure safety.
• Act as safety assessor for Permit to Work systems and advise improvements.
• Ensure compliance with risk assessments and EHS policy.
• Investigate incidents and propose corrective actions and reports.
• Participate as a member of the EHS committee.
