EY's Economics Advisory Practice in Singapore seeks a Senior Associate to lead engagement workstreams, delivering robust economic analyses for policy, strategy and development projects. You will work with government and private sector clients to address pressing regulatory challenges and growth concerns.

The role emphasizes econometric techniques, economic modelling and strong communication to translate complex insights into compelling narratives for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong degree in economics from a reputable university.
• 3–4 years of working experience, preferably in a consulting or government setting.
• Proficiency in econometric techniques and economic modelling; statistical analysis and financial modeling.
• Excellent numerical, writing and communication skills; ability to present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead specific workstreams and produce end-to-end deliverables (economic reports, feasibility studies, impact analyses).
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of economic trends and projections.
• Develop and maintain economic models and databases.
• Stay abreast of latest economic research, methodologies and industry advancements.
• Develop consulting tools including problem solving, data analytics and report writing.
