The Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) is seeking a seasoned policy and program leader to join the Business Environment Division in Singapore. You will review, design, and govern a suite of incentives, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver competitive economic initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in policy design, strong analytical and project management skills, and a track record of engaging multiple stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes.

Formación

• At least 6 years of working experience in policy design or related fields.
• Adept at policy analysis, design, and governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders.

• Review, enhance and manage incentives to ensure governance and competitiveness.
• Provide advice and work with stakeholders to co-solution incentive approaches for projects.
• Oversee budget allocations for economic development initiatives.
