Job summary

Palo Alto Networks in Singapore is seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Support specialist to drive the sales cycle through technical validation, discovery, and executive presentations. You will lead discovery sessions, validate solutions with targeted demonstrations, and craft compelling content that communicates the value of Idira’s machine identity security offerings.

Maintain deep product mastery, engage in evangelism at industry events, and synthesize market feedback for product teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to present complex technical data concisely to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address multifaceted technical challenges.
• Proven track record of building cross-functional relationships and maintaining stakeholder alignment across organizational levels.
• Security expertise with enterprise security concepts, regulatory compliance, and best practices.
• AI concepts, including harness engineering, MCP, AI Agents, loop engineering and model fusion, is desirable.
• DevOps practices and CI/CD toolsets (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift).
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or Associate/Professional Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure/GCP) are preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication with precision in documenting strategic plans and technical solutions.
• Commitment to continuous feedback based on customer usage to improve services.

• Value Proposition: Deliver executive-level presentations on the technical value of Idira’s machine identity security solutions.
• Solutions Engineering Advisory: Provide strategic oversight for solutions engineering activities, including POV and POC engagements.
• Content Development: Create architectural diagrams and presentations communicating functionality and value of Idira’s machine identity solutions.
• Market Feedback: Relay customer requirements and market trends to Product and Solutions teams.
• Professional Evangelism: Represent Idira at trade shows, webinars, and seminars to build brand authority.
• Product Mastery: Maintain expert knowledge of secrets management and machine identity security.

• Solutions Engineering Advisory: Provide strategic oversight for solutions engineering activities, including deep-dive demonstrations, Proof of Value (POV), and Proof of Concept (POC) engagements.

• Content Development: Author high-quality technical content, including architectural diagrams and presentations that communicate the functionality and value of Idira’s machine identity solutions.

• Market Feedback: Synthesize and relay customer requirements, feature requests, and market trends to the Product and Solutions teams to drive innovation.

• Professional Evangelism: Represent Idira at industry trade shows, webinars, and seminars, engaging with partners and customers to build brand authority.

• Product Mastery: Maintain expert-level knowledge of secrets management and machine identity security while staying abreast of competitive solutions and common enterprise technology stacks.

Qualifications

• DevOps & Infrastructure: Significant experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD toolsets (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins) and container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift).

• Professional Certifications: Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or Associate/Professional Cloud Architect credentials (AWS, Azure, GCP) are preferred.

• Effective Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on documenting strategic plans and technical solutions with precision.
