Job summary

Dyson is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity executive to lead global strategy and operations. You will partner with the CISO, CIO and board to advance resilience, coordinate across IT, R&D and business units, and translate risk into actionable programs.

You will drive secure, business enabling technology and cultivate a high-performing, globally distributed cyber team. This role requires deep expertise in risk-based defence, regulatory compliance, incident response, and ongoing capability

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in cybersecurity, computer science or related field.
12+ years in executive/global leadership roles managing complex, multi-country initiatives.
Experience in business and service management within a global setting.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a cohesive cybersecurity strategy aligned with Dyson's objectives.
Brief senior leadership and board on cyber resilience, threats, and strategic progress.
Lead transformations across people, processes, and technology to deliver secure, business enabling tech.
Design proactive defences using intelligence-driven strategies.
Oversee resilience threat assessment and regulatory compliance in incident response.
Evolve a service-oriented cyber operations model across Dyson units.
Lead a global team focused on cyber intelligence, security assurance, red teaming, and incident response.
Collaborate with IT, R&D and business units to embed cybersecurity into operations and product development.
Engage external stakeholders and represent Dyson in international forums to grow IT/OT security and talent.
