Job summary

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and facilitating multi-institutional collaborations. The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate degree or Master’s in Science, have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience including 4 years in a managerial role, and possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience, including 4 years of managerial experience.
• Prior experience as a researcher or in a clinical/translational research environment is advantageous.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC).
• Supervise the IACUC secretariat function.
• Facilitate and formulate multi-institutional and strategic collaborations.
• Support alignment of Group Research strategy with national research agenda.
