Job summary

IIX Global invites a Senior Director to shape the Orange Movement into a durable, self-sustaining institution with global reach in gender, climate, and finance. You will lead strategic partnerships, fundraise, and oversee governance, working across investors, regulators, and multilaterals.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, building a coalition, launching training programs, and steering flagship events like the Orange Forum.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in strategic partnerships, capital markets, fundraising, or senior leadership in finance, philanthropy or development.
• Experience across Global South contexts and multi-stakeholder coalitions.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional teams and lead large fundraising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Orange Movement strategy, partnerships, and fundraising with multi-year commitments.
• Mature governance, onboarding, and accountable member engagement across coalitions.
• Lead co-funder cultivation, investor relations, and stakeholder advocacy at scale.
• Oversee training programs, standards development, and measurement through the Impact & ESG arm.
• Steer flagship events and campaigns to elevate Orange financing in global finance dialogues.
• Collaborate with regulators, DFIs, foundations, and governments to embed standards.
