• 8–10 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, festivals, large-scale productions or related industries.
• Strong commercial instincts and business acumen.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting and P&L performance.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong operational, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the deputy to the Managing Director, Experiential, guiding one of The Wolfpack's key business pillars.
• Drive commercial growth through sponsorships, partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance across the experiential portfolio.
• Lead planning and execution of major events, festivals, and experiential platforms.
• Oversee event operations, production, logistics, budgets and timelines.
• Ensure delivery of sponsorship, partnership and commercial commitments.
• Lead and mentor event, production and project teams.
• Manage stakeholders including sponsors, vendors, venues, agencies, and partners.
• Drive operational excellence, scalability and process improvements.
• Support launch of new IPs, markets and experiential concepts.
• Collaborate with internal teams across partnerships, content, marketing and community.
• Take ownership of event delivery and business performance in the absence of the MD.

We are looking for a commercially minded and operationally strong Senior Director, Experiential to serve as the right hand to the Managing Director, Experiential.

This is not purely an events role – this is a business leadership role focused on driving commercial growth, managing business performance and delivering market-leading experiences. You will work across sponsorships, partnerships, revenue management, budgeting, operations and event delivery, helping scale both existing and future experiential properties within The Wolfpack ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key deputy to the Managing Director, Experiential, helping lead one of The Wolfpack group's key business pillars.
