SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior leader to head its global Digital Design & Material Innovation function, driving digital transformation across R&D.

You will shape strategy, roadmaps, and governance for modelling, simulation, AI, and digital engineering, and lead multidisciplinary teams across locations. The role requires 15+ years of leadership in computational engineering, with a proven track record of enterprise-wide AI and simulation adoption.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of leadership in computational engineering, modelling & simulation, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record deploying simulation, AI and digital engineering across large global organisations.
• Solid knowledge of digital twins, HPC, cloud computing, and virtual prototyping; experience establishing enterprise modelling standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Digital Design & Material Innovation function, driving digital transformation and innovation across R&D.
• Develop and execute strategy, roadmap, and governance for modelling, simulation, AI, and digital engineering capabilities.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams across multiple global locations.
• Partner with R&D, Engineering, Operations, IT, and Commercial teams to accelerate product development and improve business outcomes.
• Establish enterprise-wide standards, best practices, and governance for modelling, simulation, validation, and digital engineering.
• Drive adoption of advanced technologies such as AI, digital twins, simulation, and high-performance computing to enhance innovation and product development.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and external research partners to strengthen technology capabilities and support long-term business growth.

• Solid knowledge of digital twins, high-performance computing (HPC), cloud computing, and virtual prototyping, with demonstrated experience establishing enterprise-wide modelling standards, governance, and scalable engineering frameworks.
