Qualifications

• Minimum good degree in any discipline and at least 8 years total experience.
• 5 years’ experience overseeing and/or managing end‑to‑end projects with stakeholder management.
• 3+ years leading cross‑functional or multidisciplinary teams for product cycles or multi‑year initiatives.
• Practical ground experience applying behavioural insights; familiarity with design thinking.
• Experience with AI‑enabled or data‑driven digital products is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Distill insights from data, behavioural science and research into clear narratives for stakeholders.
• Incorporate behavioural insights into user experiences and digital health interventions.
• Lead the digital product cycle: ideation, design, feasibility trials, evaluation and deployment-ready insights.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary tech squad (product, engineering, data, design) for rapid experimentation and AI-enabled coaching concepts.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, data scientists and deployment teams to deliver innovative solutions.
