Job summary

Salesforce is hiring a Senior Director, Agentic Builder Leader to guide one of our strategic AI delivery teams within ASEAN Solutions. This role focuses on engineering excellence at the executive level and is not a traditional people manager.

You will lead multi-layered teams across Forward Deployed Engineers, Deployment Strategists, and second-line leaders to deploy Agentforce and Data 360 in enterprise accounts, setting standards and accelerating production value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior leadership in large-scale technical organizations.
• Advanced technical depth in AI, LLMs, and Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise software deployment, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery teams and staffing to deploy at enterprise scale.
• Foster an inclusive, high-energy engineering culture with fast iteration.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on pilot programs and beta rollouts.
• Scale talent, maintain delivery velocity, and unblock complex customer deployments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical discipline
