Job summary

JLL is seeking a Digital Transformation & Sustainability Executive to advance digitalization and sustainability across the IREM Department in Singapore. This role blends technology, data analytics and sustainability practices to improve operational efficiency, resource optimization, and Green Mark performance.

You will collaborate with operational teams, consultants and client representatives to implement real-time systems, enable digital reporting, and drive adoption of digital tools through

Qualifications

• Diploma in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in sustainability, digital transformation, or data analytics.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with IoT/building management systems.

Responsibilities

• Digitalization and Technology enablement across the department, including system administration and data insights.
• Coordinate with Sustainability Consultants to achieve Green Mark certification and monitor metrics across properties.
• Develop digital reporting systems for sustainability metrics and support government targets like 10:10:30 GreenGov.
