Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Digital Transformation & Sustainability Executive to drive digitalization and sustainability initiatives across the IREM department. You will integrate technology, data analytics, and Green Mark reporting to improve efficiency and resource use.

The role requires coordinating with Sustainability Consultants to achieve Green Mark certification, developing digital reporting, and supporting implementation of sustainability

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience: 2–4 years in sustainability, digital transformation, or data analytics within facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer digital systems/CMMS, enabling access control, config, integrations and maintenance.
• Analyse system data to drive continuous improvement and data‑driven decisions.
• Support project management of system initiatives from requirements to go‑live.
• Identify digital solutions to streamline operations and optimize resources.
• Develop SOPs and training materials to support effective tool use.
• Support digital transformation across the department and align with client goals.
• Conduct onboarding and refresher training for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sustainability Consultants to achieve Green Mark for properties.
• Develop digital reporting for sustainability metrics (utilities, recycling, impact).
• Support sustainability roadmaps to meet GreenGov targets aligned with regs.
• Contribute to capability statements and case studies highlighting project outcomes.
• Perform other duties to ensure timely delivery.
